The Embassy of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics present their compliments to the Foreign office and, with reference to the Embassy's note No. 41-A of 16th March 1948 regarding the payment to the Soviet authorities of insurance compensation for the Steamers Simpheropol" and "Svirstroi", has the honour to request the Foreign Office to inform the War Risks Insurance Office that the Embassy requests this Office to expedite an answer to the question set forth in the said note.
